Who we are

Castle & Co ("we", "us") operates castleandcodesigns.com. You can contact us about anything in this policy at castleandcodesigns@gmail.com or by post at 38 Bonnet Lane, Burgess Hill, RH15 0FQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

• Order information: when you buy from us, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details to process the payment and so we can fulfil and ship your order. We never see or store your card details.
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

This website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us until you check out.

Who we share information with

• Stripe processes payments on our behalf (Stripe's privacy policy).
• Our print partners, Printful and Inkthreadable, receive your name, shipping address and order contents so they can print and dispatch your items.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (currently six years in the UK). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we'll help. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Our site sells children's clothing but is intended for use by adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with an updated date at the top.
